We respect your privacy. Which is why we process all personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation, including the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection of 19 June 1992 and, insofar as relevant, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which entered into force on 25 May 2018. We will be happy to inform you about any data processing measures we take under our relationship with you.

Types of data processed by us

Personal data is data which can be used to identify you or which we can otherwise assign to you. We process specific personal data which you voluntarily provide us with, e.g. when you communicate with us via e-mail or other channels, when you subscribe to newsletters or other materials or request us to send these to you, or also if you sign up for an event. The personal data which we process may include your name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, preferred language, job title and business address and those of your employees and representatives. In some cases, this personal data is supplemented by information in the public domain, such as online media or employer websites, in order to confirm your current professional position.

How we use your data

We use personal data to manage our relationship with you and for communication purposes, including sending you newsletters and invitations to events, training programmes or talks, and to keep our contact list up to date. We do not sell or otherwise make your personal data available to third parties. Some of our service providers may nevertheless have access to specific personal data, in particular when working on the upkeep and maintenance of our IT systems.

Basis for processing your data

When processing personal data for the purposes described here, we rely, among other things, on our legitimate interest in maintaining and managing the business relationship and communicating with you as a business contact about our operations and events.

Measures to protect your data

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from loss and unauthorized access. We regularly review our security policies and procedures to ensure that our systems are secure.

If you have any questions regarding the storage and processing of your personal data, please contact us at info@testaris.ch.
